The Penguin shifts uncomfortably in his seat. "Go faster, you moron! The Batmobile's on our tail!" he screams at his driver. Suddenly, the Batmobile begins scraping the left side of the Penguin's car. "Son of a..." The Penguin opens the sunroof and leaps out, being carried by a trick umbrella. He pulls out another one and fires a blob of sticky goo at the Batmobile's windshield.

*On batlink to Batman* " Need any help?"
I come from the opposite side in the Redbird towards Penguins speeding car. *Side swipes Penguins car* I slam on the breaks and get out.

The Batman in the Batmobile on one side, Robin in the RedBird of the other, the three cars race through the near empty streets of Gotham at this late hour.
The goo spreads over the windshield and Batman jerks the wheel to miss a pedestrian and bumps the Penguins car sending him off the roof and onto the hood of the RedBird.
Batman: * On Batlink * “Robin, you got him?”<br>

Penguin, now thrashing violently to activate yet another umbrella while trying to keep his balence on the Redbird, drops a cell phone in the middle of the street. Penguin: Crap! Why won't this thing open? Finally, the umbrella gives and fires no less than thirty bullets into the air, breaking windows of various office buildings. As he tries to steady himself to shoot into the windshield, the car comes to a screeching halt and he is thrown ten feet down the road. Heavily wounded, he rises off the ground and is instantly wrapped in a bolo and pulled up to the top of a building. He is confused, but happy to get away from Batman and Robin. Far down the street, the cell phone rings.

(The phone goes to voice message and from it emenates an eery English accent) Mad Hatter "Hello?! Penguin my man?...Oswold? Oh for the love of Lewis Carroll!!! Look, I've thought it over and I want to help you with your plan, it sounded rather intruiging... And I-"
The voice cuts off as someone picks up the discarded cell phone-
