Note: First off, this is just an experimental character. This is not the magical supervillain from the Injustice Society...this is based off the character from the old movie serials in the 1940s (though he/she/it is being updated for modern day...which I'm not sure is allowed). Now, why am I choosing this character? I mean, let's face it, the serials from the 1940s were kind of cheezy and a little lame on the plotlines (but I have to admit that they were a little better than the Adam West nightmare of the 60s).
Anyway, the first serial from the early 1940s was your typical propoganda based storyline (Batman and Robin versus a Japanese conspiracy)...kind of what you would expect from that time, but kind of cheezy.
Then they did a second one a few years later that had them facing off against a villain called "The Wizard". Again, this story was kind of cheezy and the villain in this used an advanced form of technology (mostly remote control based) that somehow allowed him to take control of just about anything mechanical (but not really providing a plot or an explanation how he pulled this off). When I first saw this thing a few years ago (bought the DVDs from the bargain bin at a comic shop), I was thinking "oh yeah, really stupid idea"...then, after watching a couple movies (Live Free or Die Hard, Eagle Eye, Hackers, etc...etc...etc), and watching the old serials again, I started thinking "You know, with the kind of technology they have today (or in the modern comics), this would make for an interesting storyline".
So...after stumbling across this RPG...I decided "What the hell, let's try it". So...here we go.
Which Side?: Probably Bad.
Real Name: N/A
Code Name: The Wizard
Age: Unknown
Hair: Varies
Height: Unknown
Weight: Unknown
Overall Visual Image: On screen...a silhouette of a figure appearing in the background in a field of visual static with glowing eyes.
piercings: Unknown

Scars: Unknown
Powers: Ability to interface with anything electronic or linked to a network.
Strong Points: Computers, electronics.
Down Points: Egotistical. Susceptible to EMP bursts which can temporarily known him/her/it offline. Repeated use will kill him/her/it.
Personality: The Wizard is sees Gotham as a simple testing ground for various scenarios. What exactly the scenarios are meant for are uncertain. When dealing with others, the Wizard usually appears via vid-screen or through some electronic medium. No one has actually physically met the Wizard and there are rumours among some that the Wizard may in fact not be human at all. The Wizard comes across as being calm and condifent at all times. Those who have worked for or with the Wizard see him/her as being arrogant and looking down on them...however, it's hard to complain when the Wizard rewards you with a very large paycheck for completing a job. For those that fail...they seem to die in freak accidents (re: elevator car suddenly falling, being run down in traffic because all the lights turned green, airplane suddenly dumped all it's fuel and crashed into ocean...etc...etc...etc)
The Wizard's ultimate goal is unknown, but he/she/it has come to Gotham looking for a worthy adversary to face off against.
Players Note: Anyone running Batman, Oracle, or Tim Drake...contact me and I'll give you more details on the character.
If this character is acceptable, let me know, then I'll start posting. If not, I'll ditch it. Just so you know, I do plan on this character being defeated in the end.
